Welcome to Jasper Moon

Hi, my name is Bonnie, aka. Jasper Moon. Please drop in often to check out my website. You will find that my product line is constantly changing as different ideas and concepts present themselves to me. New designs emerge as inspiration and supplies become available. I actively support Canadian lampwork bead artists and their work will be included in many of my designs. I seek out vintage beads at second hand stores, antique markets and auction sales to incorporate in my work also.

I began crafting unique Tree of Life pendants in 2009 and premiered them at a large festival in August. They have proven to be very popular and the design has evolved in the past year. I was fortunate to find new sources for the tiny gemstone chips and have been able to offer more colour options.

In 2010, cloak clasps were added to my product line, something I'd received numerous requests for. Through an interesting series of events (see Cloak Clasp page for the full story), I found a Canadian artisan who worked with me to design and produce high quality, nickel & lead-free pewter clasps that are now available exclusively from Jasper Moon.

The following year, 2011, saw the introduction of a collection of pewter pendants to our offerings. The newest addition is a familia icon of the Canadian northern regions, the Inukshuk, in three different versions. I'm quite happy with how they turned out.

You will continue to find me at a diverse mix of eclectic events across southern Ontario throughout the year, from music festivals & pagan gatherings to medieval fairs & craft shows. Our schedule of events will be posted as confirmed.

The year 2012 will undoubtedly take us all in new directions that we cannot even imagine yet. I can't wait to see what it brings!
